Participants will only be able to attend the Meeting by invitation. No fees will be charged for attending the event. However, the organization will not cover expenses for travel, transport (except for groups), accommodation or meals.
Registration opens on Sunday 22 February although at least 10 days prior to this date you should have sent the relevant registration form to the Meeting Secretariat at eisevi@segib.org.
For identification and security purposes, all participants must make the accreditation cards provided by the Meeting Secretariat visible at all times.
The Ibero-American General Secretariat has pre-booked a limited number of rooms for participants at the Hotel Meliá Castilla (www.meliacastilla.com).
Accommodation requests should be made directly to the Hotel using the attached booking form.
The Secretariat has blocked rooms in the hotel up to 1st February 2009. After this date, the Secretariat cannot guarantee room availability due to the high occupancy rates in Madrid. Participants should book hotel rooms before 1st February to take advantage of the corporate discount. Each delegate will be responsible for any expenses related to the Hotel’s cancellation policy.
The Hotel reservation does not exempt delegates from returning the Registration Form to the Meeting Secretariat.
