The Ibero-American General Secretariat, an international organization with legal personality, is committed to adopting the necessary measures to ensure the confidential treatment of data provided by the user. The data collected shall be saved in a database and used exclusively by the Ibero-American General Secretariat to send information and notifications, and in no case shall such data be used for other purposes.

The party concerned may exercise the right of access, rectification, erasure, opposition, deletion and data portability of personal data. Requests to exercise this right must be addressed to the following email address: info@segib.org

The data collected may only be published once the user has given his/her express consent.

The data provided shall be retained for the duration of the relationship with the user, and shall not be disclosed except as required by law.
